Citizens are welcomed and encouraged to address County Council on the subject matter of any ordinance or resolution included on the agenda or any other subject of interest. Please provide notice in writing or email to Clerk Douglas Smith or Secretary Ann Bruno, including your name and topic, five days prior to the day of the meeting, and you shall be given five (5) minutes to speak. Citizens who do not provide such written notice shall be given three (3) minutes to speak.
